The Night Before First Grade
Tomorrow begins a new chapter in Lindsay's life...she starts first grade!
As a first grade teacher, I'm excited for her to embrace reading and writing more than she already has.
As a mom, I'm sad our summer days together are over.
We feel confident that the first grade program at her school will be amazing...and our fingers are crossed that she'll be blessed with an equally amazing first grade teacher;
her kindergarten experience and teacher exceeded our expectations.

PS We did read a story tonight called First Day Jitters...
Lindsay said before she went to bed...that she thinks she gets those "J" things (jitters).
