Lindsay and I spent some one on one time at Disneyland while I was off for Spring Break. Boy did she luck out! Lindsay saw so many princesses and characters...she was completely beside herself. The princess photo shoot was amazing and we were so happy we got the inside scoop from some friendly people in line with us. They said if we lagged behind after the story time the three original princesses would come out...so lag behind we did and well...it was so worth it. Out came Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White! We headed to the Plaza for brunch and caught the tail end of the character breakfast...since we were there at the end of the breakfast most people were already gone...so we had a lot of the characters to ourselves. Some came and stayed for a while...what a treat! We also got to the Big D when it opened and were the first riders on Dumbo, Casey Junior and the Storybook Boat Ride. We did all of this and left the park at 1pm...Lindsay's still talking about her big day!

Tapping and Twirling Times Two
Now that Kendal is three she can join her sister in ballet and tap class. Here are pictures of their first class together. She did well...but paying attention for a three year old for an hour is difficult...even for a 40 year old...good thing there were plenty of mirrors to help her entertain herself.

Kendal Turns 3
Kendal's 3rd Birthday Celebration
Our birthday girl had a family party...but we couldn't go without a castle to jump ourselves silly in! The weather was not very cooperative, but we made do...kids have warm blood and the cold never stops them. We had sprinkles of rain throughout the afternoon...but that didn't dampen our spirits!
Hey, I'm 3!
Lindsay and her best buddy Sofie
Kendal's godmother (my very good friend) Patti was here from Danville...we were so excited to have she and her family at the party. Matthew and John Thomas (Kendal's godbrothers) were so sweet to her!
Kendal originally ordered a "poison apple" cake...but seemed happy with her Snow White cake...we thought the poison apple concept was hilarious...and that's what she seriously wanted!
